Current Opportunities:

1. Store Manager (Full-time: 37.5 hours per week)

  • Experience: 5+ years in a retail or hospitality management role.
  • Salary: From £33,403.50 to £41,700 per annum, dependent on experience and UK immigration route eligibility.
  • Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and manage all daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high efficiency.
    • Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Manage inventory, control stock levels, and minimise waste to optimise profitability.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue.
    • Maintain stringent health, safety, and hygiene standards across all areas of the store.
    • Handle cash management, reporting, and other administrative tasks accurately.
  • Training: Comprehensive initial training provided, with ongoing professional development opportunities.

 

2. Marketing Manager (Full-time: 37.5 hours per week)

  • Experience: 5+ years in a marketing role, ideally within food & beverage or retail; strong knowledge of Asian Indian food is highly desirable.
  • Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
  • Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate the Paratha Stop brand and drive sales.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and identify opportunities for new products (like our diverse paratha fillings) or promotions.
    • Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media (Facebook, Instagram), email campaigns, and website content, to engage our audience.
    • Plan and oversee advertising campaigns, from briefing creative teams to analysing their performance and ROI.
    • Analyse campaign data and provide insights to inform future marketing decisions.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure marketing efforts align with in-store activities.
  • Training: On-the-job training provided, with opportunities for professional development in line with company growth.

 

3. Paratha Grill and Skilled Rollers

  • Hours: Full-time & Part-time positions available.
  • Salary: National Minimum Wage (NMW).
  • Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Prepare dough and expertly roll a variety of parathas, ensuring consistent quality, texture, and size.
    • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
    • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demand.

 

4. Beverage Specialists

  • Hours: Full-time & Part-time positions available.
  • Salary: National Minimum Wage (NMW).
  • Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages from our menu, including authentic Karak Chai, Mango Lassi, and other specialities.
    • Ensure all drinks are prepared to high quality standards and presented appealingly.
    • Maintain cleanliness of the beverage preparation area and equipment.
    • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders accurately.

 

5. Cooks (Fast Food Specialists)

  • Hours: Full-time & Part-time positions available.
  • Salary: National Minimum Wage (NMW).
  • Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and cook fast-food items from our menu, ensuring consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
    • Manage food preparation areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to all health and safety regulations.
    • Handle ingredients and operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Work effectively in a high-volume kitchen environment, maintaining speed without compromising quality.

 

6. Head of Business Administration and Operations

  • Location: Bolton
  • Annual Salary: £56,600
  • Hourly Rate: £29.03 per hour
  • Full Time: 37.5 hours per week minimum
  • Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Oversight: Coordinate all administrative and operational services and resources across multiple sites, liaising with Directors and senior staff
    • Business Planning: Develop long-term business plans, set strategic objectives, and rigorously monitor company-wide performance
    • Process Improvement: Analyse internal systems, recommend, and implement policy changes to standardise operations and prepare the model for franchising
    • Budget & Finance: Control multi-site operational budgets, preparing comprehensive financial and operational reports for the Directors
    • High-Level Management: Recruit, manage, and provide strategic direction to all Store Managers (including filling 4 vacant positions) and departmental leads
    • Expansion & Logistics: Determine long-term staffing, financial, and material requirements to support rapid growth, including the establishment of new branches and the franchise framework
    • Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate and monitor high-volume contracted services to secure quality and value across all restaurant sites

 

7. Human Resources Manager

  • Location: Bolton
  • Annual Salary: : £37,000 – £53,000 per annum- (Depending On Experience)
  • Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

  • The Role Paratha Stop Ltd is a rapidly expanding food group. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee our people operations. This role is central to our growth, ensuring that our workforce is effectively managed, trained, and aligned with our company goals across all locations.

    Key Responsibilities * Workforce Planning: Determine long-term staffing needs and manage the recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job descriptions, managing advertisements, and interviewing candidates for all levels of the business.

    • Performance & Development: Oversee the monitoring of employee performance and identify career development needs to ensure staff retention and internal promotion.
    • Compliance Oversight: Take lead responsibility for Right to Work (RTW) compliance and maintaining UKVI audit readiness across all branches. This includes ensuring all personnel files meet statutory requirements.
    • Operational Efficiency: Examine and report on company and departmental structures, chains of command, and information flows. You will evaluate the efficiency of existing operations and recommend alternative work procedures to improve group productivity.
    • Policy & Compliance: Develop and administer company-wide policies regarding health and safety,and promotion pathways.

    Requirements * Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (RQF Level 6 or above).

    • Experience: 5+ years of experience at a managerial level is preferred, ideally within the hospitality or fast-food sector.
    • Skills: Strong command of organizational management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of attention to detail regarding HR compliance and legal frameworks.
